We have a 48 hour return policy for STORE CREDIT ONLY, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is from our clearance collection, no returns are accepted. It is FINAL SALE.
To start a return, you can contact us at GreasyOffroad@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you can choose to pay the shipping fee at your own cost and ship it back to us OR we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you choose for us to send you a return label, this amount is removed from the CREDIT that will be issued once your return is processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
